Exactly as pictured. This ensures a good bond. Works well, nice adhesive.

Great thick quality and easy to stick onto the bottom of my stools.

I don't recommend these for chairs, because of the weight and constant sliding.

Only been two weeks but the adhesive seems to hold well.

These came in strips not pads as were shown.

The only downside is you can get similar at the dollar store.
