Pros & Cons
Pros
Would recommend, and would buy again, without a doubt. Good product and would order from this seller again. Simply cannot find ground/fine salt in stores around our area anymore.
For food. And also for a lamp from the himalaya. Works perfect for salting nuts. Boiled some raw pistachio nuts in it today, drained, and then roasted them.
This powdered salt is an excellent choice. No clumps. Dissolves upon contact with food - unlike regular salt.
Delicious salty flavor, not bitey like table salt. Tastes good.
Cons
The bag had been torn open and poorly taped shut. The box was coated in a light dusting of salt. It has a weird smell, almost like cumin and leaves a greasy residue.
