The stirrup design for the arms when running this on the neck and upper back is a pretty ingenious idea and really helps you apply a level of pressure that is comfortable. Good for aches and pains.
It works wonderfully! It's a good value. I'll probably buy a few of these as christmas presents, they’re worth every penny.
Easy to plug in and use. Gives option for heat.

Normally i dont like back massagers because they just hurt but after i got locked up with two really spastic trigger points last year to where i couldnt turn my neck without several visits to the chiro and a ystrap more than once
