It's a little bit cumbersome but it gives a good deep message. The heat feature is much appreciated. These people are awesome not only with a great product but the service they provide.

It has two rotating nodes that provide deep tissue massage. It's like a person rubbing your shoulders with their thumbs. It actually feels like someone is grabbing and squeezing you from behind.

It is awkward though. Unfortunately, the arm straps are not adjustable.

Great company, great customer service, very poorly built product. Don't waste your money.
