It is a good balance between price and quality.
I have had to play with the adjustment a couple times to get it to work correctly.
The only thing i didn't like was the exposed lever/hardware, but this is a design thing not to do with the seller.

The shifters came in the original box new with all the cables which was a pleasent surpise.
