I installed these and they work quite well, very sturdy and easy to install.
Good quality product , simple straight forward installation.
The plastic pieces had done their time and finally broke.
My bike had these br-ct91 brakes as oem parts, but they had experienced the common failure of the plastic spring retainers.
Price
Super happy to find brand new parts for a very reasonable cost.
Local bike shop wanted $150 to replace brakes and front levers, do diy saved some good dollars!
Instead of 50 cents for the collars on the originals.
Now its $30 for new and improved same crap.
Packaging/appearance
One box in my order was short an arm.
Hence, i received a box marked "rear" with non-directional pads that would be exactly the same if the box was checked "front".
The box has white squares that are checked for front or rear and what type of pads (blocks) are inside.

The 34m34 pads are directional but the 34s34 pads that came with these are not
