Loosened the guard and slipped the chain onto the sprockets.

Had to pay extra for duty fee had to make an adjustment to it but works.

Ordered a new derailleur and it arrived relatively quickly - it took 19 days to arrive from japan.

I had an alivio before, decided to get altus this time.

The shipping was little long but worth the wait.

Wrapped a bungy cord and damaged the last one, d'oh!
