After a couple test rides & adjustments, the braking is strong, even when wet. Place a business card between the rotor and the stationary pad side.

Two of these calipers on universal to post mount adapters. Shimano br56 180mm rotor up front, 160mm in the rear. For the front fork, i used a shimano sm-ma90 post to post adapter &amp.

All surfaces are smooth and precise and they feel solid and sturdy.

Not only were the old ones lighter and a less durable material, they did not brake very well at all.

Competitiveness

I also like the style of pads on this caliper much better than stock, which also seem to be popular on other more expensive calipers.

These brakes make a huge difference compared to the stock brakes on my entry level mtb.

The calipers that came on my electric bike are nothing in comparison to these shimano br-m375 calipers.

I expect as much as shimano is a legit company with great products.
