I have loved shimano reels for almost 40 years and this was the smoothest i ever felt but the levelwind gears stripped and it stopped working on my third fishing trip and only 6 weeks old

Amazon wont let me return it so i guess i am paying to send it off to shimano for service

Update it took 6 weeks but shimano made it right
