Yellow is the way to go, my knees are soo much better. Shimano cleats are bomb proof.

Cons

Durability for road cycling is deplorable. The hardware is cheap and the cleats didn't get through the first ride. The bolts that come with these are not long enough to make contact.

These are plastic while the 2 bolt system is metal.

The 2 bolt cleats are really forgiving of mud and ice; the 3 bolt cleats are not.

I came back and bought this original shimano cleats and worked very well, no problem after 20+ indoor ridesthe only downside is it’s pricey

Ordered standard clips for half the money but wouldn't work in my pedal.

I would give these cleats 5 stars but for the high price -- it seems like the cost goes up a couple of dollars every year.

So they came -- but delivery info all wrong.

I complained yesterday as i got an update that cleats were delivered on a saturday but they did not come until today, tuesday.

Competitiveness

Compared to the shimano brand and they last all season of walking and racing.

These are just like the more expensive brands!

I have purchased less expensive brands of cleats, but they all seemed to wear down quickly from unclipping at stop lights, etc.

I made the mistake of buying the knock-off brand of these and they were just enough off i had such difficulty getting into the peddles.
