They're not bad. They are lightweight and the boa dial is really quick to snug them in. The boa fastener works quite well.

They seem expensive for the overall level of comfort and fit and finish but so far they have checked most boxes and are serving me well.

Based on reviews, i wanted to buy the shimano sh-rc7, but they were simply unavailable anywhere in my size, so i settled on the rc-502.

However ive ridden perhaps 100 miles in them so far longest ride 40 miles and they havent conformed to my foot at all
