I bought the 2500 fd front drag because i have the 4000 one and for over 3 years fishing 45 times a week never had issues with it so i went for a lighter smaller version for a lighter action rod and it did not disappoint spooled it with 20lbs braid line and went to action right out the box

Its not highend by any means but i dont miss my old one at all

The only issue i have had is the screws loosening on the bail and then when u open it the line is still caught around it
