I believe they loosened and maybe that’s why they fell off. Getting a refund.

These are precision components and mounting hardware is as well.
There is no allen wrench included with these cleats!
Don't walk any more than i have to when out for a ride but none of the cleats have ever broken or worn enough to matter.

It was packaged exactly the same as the first, the label on the plastic pack says it includes the allen wrench.
I opened it, as well as the contents of the box - the cleats and screws are there but no allen wrench.
The cleats came in a plastic pouch and the label on the pounch says that it has an allen wrench.
The packaging doesn’t come with any instructions, but says to work with your retailer or visit a bike shop.
Competitiveness
These cleats were far and away superior to the cheaper pair i originally bought.
I specifically purchased these to match up with tiem spin shoes.
I tried cheaper knock-offs that did not work with spd pedals.
The cardboard box looks to be new compared to the old images of the same product on amazon.

Don’t skimp on your cleats and run the risk of either ruining shoes or having to replace cleats
