Pros & Cons

Pros

Brand name shimano at fair price. They make clipping and unclipping a breeze. No issues so far with unintended release. Amazon wh - essentially brand new and works as such.

The multi-release sh-56 cleat is great for off-road cycling. They are also great for cycling on an expedition. Shimano's easy-in, easy-out cleats work much more easilythan the regular cleats. Great value for the money at $99. For the sandals.

These work great for the pedals of my road bike. Works fine for spinning class shoes. Compatible with pedals in club. Works great for gravel/bikepacking. Great for anyone who is intimidated with the idea of lipless pedals.

They inspire confidence in anchoring your feet this way. They make it safe to release easily without having to worry about the ankle sliding exactly horizontally to disengage.

Saved my life or at least from injury on my 2nd ride as i was able to unclip just in time as i was falling at a stop due to unbalance so there was only a scraped knee instead of falling on a clipped in leg
