    I reviewed some of the other comments and read the instructions and they do say to use a blunt instrument but they do not say blunt force

    When they say to press the reflector tab firmly in at a on the pedal what they should add is to move the adaptor side to side like you are putting your shoe in the cleat

    It took less than 45 seconds to take them off and readjust the pedal tension screw to its previous setting
