Pros
Ultegra pedals are great pedals with regards to shimano quality & performance. Pedal feels wider than pedals i’ve owned in past.
Light weight and easy to clip in/out. They’re stiffer and tighter, so you really feel when you clip in and when you unclip.
Really light and super durable. They are only a few grams lighter & the build is an nth better.
One disappointment is that the bolts that came with the cleats are too short to work with sidi shoes. Work great for first time riders as you're able to easily adjust the amount of play for your cleats.
Cons
The spindles are bent or not machined true. Ordered a replacement pair, same thing. This lack of qc is very un-shimano.

The pedals are well made, smooth, light and lock in with ease.
The pedals are light, very rigid, premium quality and sturdy, the bike just feels more responsive and i feel that there is no power loss.
Release even on lightest setting too tight.
I've been riding shamano pedals for over 30 years, same quality.
Price

I was caught aback when it all came loosely in an already opened bag and the box i expected it to come in was absent.
Comes with a set of cleats in the package as well.
Competitiveness
Now, compared to r540 or r550 you'll notice the differences in weight, feel, platform, & materials.
They are everywhere and the ultegra is the best bang/buck for people looking for high end gear, especially if discounted.
It’s hard to tell but if you watch comparison videos these are definitely knock offs.

For those that dont know the meaning of the coloring of the cleats red zero float yellow 6 degree float

Note that float refers to the backandforth movement of the foot while you are clipped in and is essentially how much you can point your toes left or right while your shoe is attached to your pedal
