Pros
The 30 cog makes a very noticeable difference with rough climbs. Shifting is crisp and precise and pretty lightweight also.

I changed out my shimano 105 cassette and replaced it with the ultegra 8000.
Replaced it with the ultegra, which has an alloy spider.
Price
Ultegra is the best stuff for the price point.
Not to mention then are half the price.
Packaging/appearance
I picked up the 11-28 r8000 to go with my dura 9000 parts.
Competitiveness
The shimano ultegra r8000 cassette is easy to install and when paired with an appropriate chain provides quiet smooth shifting.
Purchased this since i already have a 11-28 (105) and a 11-32 (r8000).

Its a slow process so you dont realize at the time when your shifting starts to get worse

I swapped out a chain and was still getting some chain skip on the cassette and shifts were sometimes slow to respond
