Pros:- nice btu output for the price, i shopped around and couldn't find a better deal- cools nicely, but depends on the ambient room temperature and if you keep door(s) outside the room closed- excellent build quality, is a solid unit and they didn't cut corners- has a sleep timer function- makes awesome sounding chimes when you press its buttons (details make all the difference :) )- the remote has all the functions that the unit itself has (fan speed, fan blade swing, temperature, sleep mode, operation mode (cool, dry, or fan), and power).  Read Less
