The neon and white are as pictured. These are ideal for playing golf in the summertime. Will know more in mid summer.

Fits snug but not too tight and not loose. As for length, i have no problem with the sleeve covering my arm to just above the mid biceps.

Sleeves stay up during strenuous exercise and sweating in the hot sun.

Cons

Light weight. Not much cooling effect. Way too tight for normal man. Cut circulation off.
