So i bought this mouthguard because my dentist says that i’m grinding my teeth at night and need extra protection when i’m wearing my cpap this came from amazon today went by the instructions it came with but now when i put it in my mouth i am gagging so hopefully it’s just gonna take some time to get used to if not it will be 30 down the drain

It was cheap it is pretty small so it does not make it very difficult to breathe
