Pros
I wish i ordered a size up, as some reviewers suggested. I'm8 1/2 and they fit like a glove. Would order again.
They are very comfortable and don't slip on my heal.
Cons
The shoes are cute but were misrepresented as to actual size. Toe box tight, width narrower than normal and the shoe has no support. There is no zipper on the back, but a poorly made loop.
Cute but the bottom is *. Very cheaply made. The replacement pair looks like tennis ball yellow instead of the perfect mustard yellow.
Life expectancy one year max. Received aug 18 falling apart aug 30 worn indoors for work. Low quality denim shoe instead.

I bought a size 8 12 in silver the toe is bit more pointed then in the picture which is great makes them look a little more dressy

Theres not much arch support but arch supports could easily be inserted
