The sound is excellent and adequately loud for my taste. The noise cancelling mic is quite good. My only complaint is that the ‘pause’ function is extremely elusive.

The app allows some customization and is simple enough so as not to be confusing. The eq customization is awesome, i prefer to just go with one of the preset options. The bluetooth connectivity is fast and smooth.

The bass isn't very good at higher volumes. It's hard to adjust it to get it to sound right. Also the button is pretty sensitive.
