The quality of the powder coating was pretty good.

The table system is fantastic, but the shipping is terrible.

Great product, great product design, great customer service, bad shipping (repeat foul), poor quality control (multiple instances).

I did not have a problem with the shipping packaging as others have stated.

Packaging/appearance

Packaging always seems to be an issue (i have five now - purchased over a few years.

Turns out, the packaging it very sturdy (there are several mdf inserts to keep the box stable).

Just as others have mentioned, the metal was poking out of the cardboard, and they did a pretty lousy job packaging this item.
