Pros

Great value, no brainer to use. Not cheaply made. Very reasonably priced and works well.

This pully system is exactly what my physical therapist recommended. It works great for my post rotator cuff surgery pt. Gives a great stretch for my shoulder as the rotator cuff was repaired.
