Pros
Water pressure from the rain is incredible and so is the wall sprayer. The rainfall shower experience is pure luxury. High end feel for the fixtures and faucet.
It's sleekness and clean lines worked perfectly with my bathroom remodel design. The polished chrome gives the bathroom a classic modern look. It's sturdy, well made and very good looking product.
Cons
The handheld part is missing it’s top! It looks like the valve is defective. The big handle is useless since to turn on the water, we need to use the square *.

It looks great and the price was not bad at all.
And most importantly it is use friendly and with a very low cost.
I don't think you can do better at three times the price.

I contacted the seller to see if i could buy a replacement shower wand separately and they sent me one at no charge.
We received the item quickly and the instructions were easy to follow.
They contacted us immediately and sent a replacement free of charge!
Packaging/appearance
Love the rainforest showerhead looks beautiful in our bathroom highly recommend
I'm pretty sure i tossed it out with the packaging materials.

Works and looks great but european built and hot and cold are reversed so just a heads up
