The extra long hose is much appreciated. It reaches and is easily directed on my back etc. I am 80 years old and have no mechanical skills what so ever.
Cons
No matter how you apply the teflon tape, it still leaks. It also leaks when you tighten it up that much.

Ordered this bad boy with same day delivery and it showed up maybe an hour or so before i had to leave for work.

We had a small issue with the shower head adapter coming off and not getting it to go back together without it coming back off… we call customer service and they sent us a replacement part
