I was pleasantly surprised they where so quick to reply to my email, and then offer up new parts at no cost.

I didn't have to pay shipping or any fees at all to get the replacement.

We waited until the cartridge arrived two days later to begin all this troubleshooting because we didn't want to leave the plumbing open.
