Customer service is outstanding. The customer service is fantastic.

Cons

Has many pinhole leaks in the valve. The skirt is oval, and sticks out 1/4 below the bottom ot ythe round trim piece.

Now i have to remove the tile to replace the shower system. I wish the seller supplier would explain what anyone is supposed to do.

We lost the bezel that goes around the shower head and the seller sent us one in two days free of charge.

After i sent the email they send me a confirmation stating that the replacement cartridge was being shipped and i would get it on saturday.

Packaging/appearance

The product pieces all seemed to us to be of very good quality and is packaged very well.

It looks beautiful in my new bathroom

And the protective packaging ensured that all the faucets, handles and finish work was in pristine condition coming out of the package.

Competitiveness

Seriously, it's as good as the expensive sets and the 5 star rating is deserved!

I should have bought a name brand from lowe's or home depot!
