Pros & Cons
Cons
Made in mexico junk. These sound dull, and don't last long.
Highlights
Quality
Best kit from shure, sm57 is a legend and beta 52 is awesome
I already use them on my recording session and the sound is very very good

Price
This kit is a great deal for the price.

Competitiveness
The other kick drum mic to consider is the audix d6, but the shure b52 is used by many professionals, too.
The shure sm57 paired with a md421 is my preferred setup for guitar and 2 sm57 for the top and bottom snare.
