Price
Great product at a great delivered price !
I sent the mic back to them, and for $75 dollars got back.
Packaging/appearance
All in all a very well designed little package.
This one was installed in a church sanctuary on the pulpit and once adjusted has worked without any problems.
They come with a leather-like case, 10 foot xlr to mini xlr cable, and instructions.
Competitiveness
The extra cost for this quality shure mic is well worth it when comparing to the sound of cheaper budget mics.
Initially we bought one used one of these for $50 - and it captured more sound and better sound than all of the other mics combined.

Also the mic has a button on the front to activate like an onoff but you would need to simply open the cover one screw driver on the back and set the knobs as such following the manual instructions
