Pros
The sound is crisp, clear and accurately reproduces the singer's voice. Just don't forget to power the mīc down when idle. This mic is perfect for on-stage vocals.
The sound is clear at the high end typical for a condenser microphone. Amazing battery life on aa's.
Cons
The microphone feeds back regardless of where it is in relation to the speakers and is pretty much useless. Tried a different cable for the receiver, still did not work. It is annoying that you have to take the bottom cover off of the mic to sync it w... Read More

Quality
Sensitivity and tone quality is also excellent and every bit as good as a wired mic.
No other microphone on the planet can beat the quality of shure.
But i gave this microphone a try, but with the sm86-x8 version.
Price
I hear that the sennheiser digital wireless is even better than this one, but it cost $170 more dollars.
Packaging/appearance
The legend of the sm58 rains true with this amazing microphone.
I did have to open the microphone cap and change the switch from off of the -10db.

I use wired microphones normally, and use many of the shure sm58 (an industry standard).

I have not yet tried it in a regular microphone stand but i would doubt that it is that thick that it wouldnt fit in a stand
