Pros
The sound quality is superb and ease of use is excellent. This mic works flawlessly. I’m a tourguide and was recommended this by another guide and it’s fantastic.
Mic fits very securely to head and does not move around at all. Great fidelity for my purpose. Heavy rigid metal frame fits behind the head and over the top of each ear.
Cons
Not happy at all with it. Boom isn't long enough and there wasn't enough gain.

The head wire is stiff compared to the newer springier models so if you wear them a lot they are guaranteed to give you a headache
