Pros

It's a breeze to setup, doesn't require any special pre-amps, and i love that it's a traditional xlr type input. The audio quality is top notch. The sound capture quality is tops.

The shure fits over my ears with an elastic band to help stabilize it. I could wear the headpiece all day without it chafing against my ears or bothering the back of my head. The directional microphone works well.

Cons

Shure's headset mic has a tinny, overly treble sound. It's not suitable for a musician. The company doesn't explain how to adjust the headband.
