The pump comes with the basic connectors so you can attach your own wire and pipe.

I think they should make the pump with the threaded fitting coming directly out of the pump and eliminate the hose.

Price

Worth the price and can be rebuilt.

But it's easily 1/8 the overall cost.

Competitiveness

It puts out about a gallon a minute and easily keeps up with my family's water usage demands.

You could also add a 12 volt battery and a solar panel controller for about the same price.
