I did a lot of research before buying this product and while i cannot write a technical review like others i can verify the positive reviews are accurate

With a lens with this wide a field of view you have have to train yourself to position a point of interest in the foreground otherwise everything seems so small and distant

Initially i found myself trying to use the widest setting and capture everything in one shot and was disappointed with the resulting photos my techniques fault not the lens

As someone who shoots a lot of landscape cityscape and urbex i needed something wider than my kit lens but not something that had a lot of zoom
