Box has 3 1/2 npt threaded holes for conduit attachment and includes plugs and mounting hardware. Installed on my garage workbench. Comes with little plugs and nice extras to fit any style of outlet.

The box doesnt come with a center cover which is 34 while the ends are 12 in

One thing i found odd is that the outlet mounting plates are pressed into place and arent removable under normal conditions
