Pros

Fit my fixture, & fits at least 2 fixture sizes, as there are 2 sets of screw sockets to choose from. Use two screws provided to attach the hardware connecting to the floodlight. It is sturdy and easy to install.

Includes the fasteners and plugs. Easy to mount to outside wall, or deck. Grab 4 because you're gonna drop at least 1. Some silicone or caulk is also included.

Cons

They are clueless and the proof is it is the wrong size. The holes on the junction box are too big. Supplied screws are too short to attach a light socket.

These boxes come whith everything you need for mounting!

Came with threaded inserts to keep the utility box water tight and so far so good.

Came with 4 plastic 1/2" pipe hole plugs and 2 machine screws.

Comes with screws which is a plus, for some reason not all boxes do.
