I have a new diagnostic tool in my garage. Works exactly as it should.

This worked really well controlling my treadmill motor.
It was easy enough to connect, and it worked well.
I turned the knob until the fan blade started turning, and as i adjusted it higher and lower, the fan spun faster or slower.
Keep in mind this is not a motor driver this is a signal generator to control pulse to a motor driver.
Price
Now i know for sure that the fan works, and i have a new diagnostic tool in my garage for a fairly low price.
