Pros
The comfort level is unparalleled. It is firm but soft enough to be comfortable and relief back pain. One irritating thing is it kind of makes noise when shifting positions.
Another aspect worth mentioning is the impeccable packaging and delivery. Great value. Feels like a quality above the price point.
Cons
Wasn't firm or comfortable. Like sleeping on a lumpy bag of rocks. All the sides are flimsy and are already giving in. It's so soft that it just hurts you more in the end.
It's 6 inches shorter than it should be. Nice mattress but too heavy for an old lady to return after dragging it upstairs to open and fluff out and find out its wrong height.

Mattress is comfortable and firm and i love it.
Cozy and comfortable and firm so you don't sink in.
I let it sit for 3 days on the floor fluffing up before i sleeping on it and i've had no issues.
Now just to see how it holds up over time.
Packaging/appearance
I was sceptical about a boxed mattress at this price but i gave it a shot.

Yes if you run your hand along the lower side of the mattress you can feel the springs but guess what im not rubbing the sides of my mattress anyway lol
