Pros

This is fantastic. It's almost a year, and it still feels brand new, so it's durable. No issues with support, sagging etc.

It supports my curves, it cradles my hip area to where my hip is not out of alignment. On the plus side it sleeps cool seemingly a nice mattress. Back & side.

First and foremost, the comfort level is unparalleled. The corners are padded. Absolutely no odor, or funky smell.

The gel foam memory topper is the ticket. The impeccable packaging and delivery. Not a dent or tear on outer box.

Cons

Update 4 non usable. Tried again another day with 4 lbs of baking soda for 24hrs. This one, however, is terrible & a huge disappointment.

Shipping was quick and it was easy to unbox.

I wish i had gotten the deeper or taller mattress but for being a bed in a box and only 10" high, it's fairly impressive.

The box opened easily and the mattress was very easy to open with some sharp scissors.

The box was heavy, and i needed help getting it inside.
