Pros
No issues with support, sagging etc. It's almost a year, and it still feels brand new, so it's durable. One irritating thing is it kind of makes noise when shifting positions.
Firm, but not over the top firm. More on the plush side, but it does a good job of diffusing your weight. It's firmer than most.
Cons

This one, however, is terrible & a huge disappointment. It is of course inreturnable because it's a mattress, so i just wasted a bunch of money. Truly a bummer.
Purchased in july of 2023, completely toast by may 2024. Arrived damaged and was discovered by the deliverer. Will be buying another one from costco instead.
It's not a full queen, it is approximately 3 inches shorter in length and 2 in width.

Like i said, great mattress for the price!
Sleeping good on this mattress and great price
Well-worth what you get for the price considering the cost of a decent mattress.
Overall, it offers great value for the price.
Shipping
This unit fit the bill for my quest bedroom and it was being shipped for free.
Delivered this afternoon and i'm sleeping in it for the 1st time.
Packaging/appearance
This mattress came well wrapped and boxed.
I wish i had gotten the deeper or taller mattress but for being a bed in a box and only 10" high, it's fairly impressive.
We carefully unrolled and unpackaged the bed and it popped up 4-8 inches immediately.
I was surprised to get a mattress with springs from a box, but my daughter really loves it.
Competitiveness
This is as good or better than any traditional mattress i've had.
