It's firm, but it's so much more comfortable than the firm pillow top mattress and box spring i was using.

Seems like a really good buy for $400.
The price on this mattress was ideal due to a prime day special.
I was soooo leary of ordering a mattress online especially because the price seemed to be too good to be true.

Product arrived a day sooner than expected.
Packaging/appearance
Once it was in position it was fairly easy to unpack and then it fluffed up!
I was even more nervous when it was delivered in a small-ish box and was vacuum sealed and folded to fit in the box.
This bed was easy to get upstairs because it was packaged the way it was.
Competitiveness
This matress feels as good as or maybe even better than the more expensive matress i owned before.
After comparing mattresses and warranties for the mattresses, i made the decision to go with my first choice…ashley!

Then all we had to do was cut through the vacuum seal which was easy enough with a pair of scissors
