Pros
The bar is solid and comfortable. Not quite gym quality, but great for a home gym. Knurling is just right, enough for grip without being overly aggressive.
Cons
The bar that was sent is not the bar pictured. The one thing i am not too thrilled with is the grip on the bar. There are also spots on the posts where the paint finish has been damaged from them rubbing together during shipping.
This bar only weighs 18 pounds. It literally ships at a total weight of 20 pounds when the bar is advertised as 20 pounds.
The product is listed as 25lbs. It is not, it is only 18lbs. The item description says its 25 lbs.

Quality
It has great grips on the bar plus ball bearings in each side so the weight is able to spin freely if need be.
Feels very much exactly like what you’d expect in a quality gym.
The ends come well lubed and weight rotates as it should.
Luckily mine wasnt like others the 18 pound issue mine was 20 so 5 pounds off advertised.

Great price, great bar, especially for the price.

Was going to purchase the rogue monster lite safety spotter arms for $156 plus shipping but found these intead, what a deal!

It did arrive in good shape and in about a weeks time.

The ends have a black insert that does not come out so it is probably hollow none the lessthe quality look good even though it is made in china

The clips and plates do not come with it you need 2 in plates and clips
