Pros

The weights are great, but the holder is pretty flimsy. The weights have a nice solid build and feel sturdy. And they match my yoga mat!

Excellent purchase. Good storage design. Works well.

Stand is easy to assemble, there's even a little phillips screwdriver in there to put it together. They provide the screws, screw driver and even extra screws just in case!

Different lightweight barbell sets to strengthen upper body. Compact and portable for home workout. It helps with osteoporosis i was told.

Cons

Highly dissatisfied. Uneven coating with holes every where. Buyers- please be careful.

Shipping the plastic stand loose in a box of dumbbells is a recipe for disaster.

It appears that shipping relatively heavy items with plastic stands is challenge.
