It is perfect for me as i have neglected working out with dumbbells and i am nearing 70. Gifting it to a friend.
The stand is a little unsteady, but for me, the weights are the most important thing. Rack is a bit flimsy but should be fine. If you're comparing this set to another that doesn't come with a rack and weighing the cost (no pun intended), don't.
Cons
The stand is a piece of junk. In fact it collapses under its own weight. At this point, the stand is worthless.

I bought a set of these weights for a cheaper price but the packaging was torn up to hell and back - let me be clear, i did no/do not care.

The handle portion is not wide for the three pound weights so for small to medium sized hands they are good
