Pros

Unless you're pulling 800lbs every day, this bar fits the bill. Set up a home gym and this olympic bar was needed for bench press. Definitely a step up from the old 700lb cap bar.

Bronze sleeve bearings are smooth and the cross hatch isn't overly aggressive. Is holding very good, no rust signs at this point, not too clunky.

Cons

Gnarls are almost smooth and has no grip. Save yourself the headache and get a nicer bar for a couple more bucks.

I was not even close to the max capacity it states, not by a long shot so that’s a little disappointing

Had to bail at the bottom of a squat and it landed on my safety bars and bent it….

Price

I would 100% recommend this bar instead of paying $200 plus on a more expensive one.

Bar is solid and a great price.

By all accounts this is a great bar for the money and i agree.

You can definitely pay more for a bar….

Packaging/appearance

Came well packaged without damage and with 2 clamps

I deducted one star based on the horrible condition the box was in and why a weight slipped out.

It's unreturnable due to the state of the packaging it came in.

Improving the packaging will easily get this product higher reviews.
