Cons

You get what you pay for and don't skimp on something you spend 1/3 of your life in. Horribly disappointed and could not find a way to contact seller directly.

The bed i received is not good at all. This bed is really firm not at all what i was expecting. This mattress *.

It already has a huge sunken indent where she sleeps. Seems built for small people under 200lbs only. It shouldn't be dented.

It’s now the end of august and we are satisfied.

Price

Price has skyrocketed since we purchased though.

The price increase should say it all.

Granted, it probably is still worth the price, but it's a no-go for me.

Packaging/appearance

It took both my son and i hacking the box with our sharpest knives for about 30 minutes before we could get the mattress out of the box.

The hardest thing about this mattress is getting it out of the box.
