Pros

Love this matress. Firm, yet soft enough to mold to your body for support. Great for sleeping hot vs cool, back sleeper vs side sleeper.

Cons

The bed dips in the center with 2 bigger adults on it. Net 63.

It has been stuck there. I'm still left with the hassle of disposing an unusable product.

For me this is unacceptable.

It was fine for about two year (incidentally, the warranty period is a year) and then started sagging. It's still shaped bigger in the middle, pinched off on both ends. Mine is 24 hours into poofing out and is only 9 inches in the thickets parts.

Extremely uncomfortable to sleep in. And uncomfortable.
