The only confusion arose as the box of the second battery was not the same as the first and i almost returned it as a wrong product

Got hp pavilion had the plug in charger not charging unit is 4 years old spent a few days trying the software fixes

Purchased this product as the genuine hp battery was far too expensive i have had the battery working for a month now i must admit it holds the charge almost as good as the original appears to be working fine all in all a good buy however only time will tell
