Delivery men were great i dont have a great back and they managed to get it upstairs for me just the clearance at the bottom of the stairs and the top of the ceiling where the stairs start made it a challenge but i take my hat off to them they manoeuvred it and achieved the goal without damaging it thank goodness as there is no way i could have the other half said i was mad for ordering a superking and the dismantling of a built in bedside table to make way for it was silly

However i also knew that those 3 minute try outs in bed shops are virtually useless for judging overnight comfort so took the gamble after reading all the reviews

Delivery company were very unhelpful on delivery day and were going to refuse to take it upstairs very heavy product they left it in the hall way

It is a tall mattress i bought some sheets that were 35cm deep so everythink ok

I ordered as it says firm but when i received it didnt feel firm at all
