Pros
The mattress is reversible which increases its longevity and effectiveness. I am disabled and suffer from joint pain. It is just as comfortable with just the right amount of support for me.
Cons
The mattress was so flimsy and was defiantly not firm. Also, the layers of foam seem to bunch up and there are lumpy ripples. Never purchasing again.
Service and coordination between amazon and its third party company is awful. The 3rd party they used arrowxl for delivering is a joke!

Mattress is comfortable and a very reasonable price.
Packaging/appearance
Packaging was fine, no concerns with marks, etc.
My irk was the outer packaging was covered in think dust and handling the mattress covers you with it.
Competitiveness
This is definitely firmer than my previous matteress but it is comfortable.
Although there is a sleep guarantee like other brands offer, it is a faff.
No hotter than the previous geltex mattress.

One side of the mattress has got fabric bobbles on it it has had a mattress protector on it all the time
